  Capturing the moment

• I will be looking for the least expensive option. Other things are more important to me. approx $1,200

• I know photos are important even if it's for less than a full day of coverage approx $2,500

• Photography is one of the most important elements of my wedding to me. I want to go all out. $5,000 or more and I may consider adding a Videographer and some drone shots too

• I would prefer not to spend any of my budget on flowers $0. (e have had Brides collect and then style with greenery & candles alone)

• It's modern day. I'm sending electronic invites or just doing a wedding website. $0

• I will choose simple and affordable invites. $100

• I'm totally in love with all the beautiful invitations on Pinterest and will invest in this area. $1,000+ for all sorts of printed wedding matter

Getting from here to there

• I am not planning to provide transportation for my guests. $0

• I am would like to book some mini buses picking up guests for a fun tour from Blackwood Barn to Laurenvale Estate for our Ceremony under The White Capella and return approx starting 54 guests that’s $6.48pp. (this will only apply to couples booking a ceremony at Laurenvale)
  
  Tableware

• I want a Eco friendly compostable/disposable options that looks good in photos. $__________

• I will use the caterers tableware included in my Menu order. Cutlery, white dinnerplates, white napkins.
  
  
  I am not a DIY bride and would love to engage your Styling Partner

• Upgraded Styling ie gold or gold & coloured cutlery, crystal glasswear if adding beverage table service, upgraded florals on all tables, full table linens with a variety of colour choices and coloured napkins and lots of goodies (please enquire) Styling option 1 - $35pperson Styling option 2 - $45pp

  Celebrant

• Celebrants range from $650 for a local up to $1100 including full MC service and full run sheet from ceremony start time.
